OD Grinding Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate OD grinding equipment
  • Run through-feed and in-feed grinding operations
  • Perform quality checks and measurements
  • Maintain production records
  • Ensure equipment is operating efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Experience with through-feed and in-feed OD grinding
  • Ability to read measuring instruments and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills

ID Grinding Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate internal grinding machines
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality
  • Troubleshoot machine issues
  • Perform routine inspections and measurements
  • Maintain production documentation

Qualifications:

  • Internal grinding experience required
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Manufacturing experience preferred

Tool Room Machinist

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate a variety of tool room equipment
  • Support production machinery and manufacturing operations
  • Manufacture and repair fixtures, tooling, and machine components
  • Perform precision machining operations

Qualifications:

  • Manual lathe experience required
  • Manual milling machine experience required
  • Surface grinding experience preferred
  • Fixture design knowledge required
  • Strong machining and blueprint reading skills

Industrial Electrician

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
  • Maintain machine controls and electrical systems
  • Install and replace sensors, motors, and control components
  • Support preventive maintenance activities
  • Minimize production downtime

Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3-phase electrical systems
  • Machine controls troubleshooting experience
  • Sensor installation and replacement experience
  • Allen-Bradley PLC programming experience
  • RSLogix 5 and RSLogix 500 proficiency required

Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming materials and components
  • Verify products meet engineering drawings and specifications
  • Perform part layouts and dimensional inspections
  • Conduct functional testing of finished assemblies
  • Record and maintain inspection data in compliance with ISO requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience using precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Quality inspection experience preferred

Final Visual Inspector / Packer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform final visual inspection of finished products
  • Verify products meet company quality standards
  • Package products according to specifications
  • Prepare shipments for distribution
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written procedures
  • Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
  • Dependable attendance and work ethic

Forklift Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Move raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Support receiving and shipping operations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy
  • Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • Forklift operating experience required
  • Shipping and receiving experience preferred
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials
  • Strong organizational skills

General Laborer

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload production equipment
  • Assist machine operators and production personnel
  • Perform hand assembly operations
  • Support packaging and material handling activities
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely
