TopLine Automotive Engineering Warranty Information:

Damaged Merchandise

Any claim for damage must be made to the freight carriers. Do not return damaged merchandise to TopLine Automotive Engineering unless prior arrangements have been made. Please contact us at 773-487-1400 if you need assistance.

Merchandise Returns

Merchandise may be returned only if prior approval has been granted by TopLine automotive engineering. All merchandise returned for credit must be in perfect unused condition and will be inspected at time of receipt. It must be returned prepaid and insured and may be subject to a handling charge.

Warranty Returns

All merchandise returned for warranty consideration, inspection, repair, regrind, etc… must be sent prepaid and insured. Included must be the sender’s name, address, daytime phone number, and an explanation of the problem or the work to be done. All merchandise returned for warranty must be accompanied be a written Return Authorization Number from TopLine Automotive Engineering

Limited Warranty

TopLine Automotive Engineering warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, and against excessive wear for a period of twelve months from date of purchase. This limited warranty shall apply for a period of one year from the date of purchase and shall cover only the original purchaser. This warranty is valid on lifters only when installed on a NEW camshaft and proper valve springs are used.

TopLine Automotive Engineering obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair of replacement of the product. To make a warranty claim, call 773-487-1400 for a Return Authorization Number and return the item with freight prepaid and insured within the one year period of purchase to:

Items covered under warranty will be returned to you freight collect.

There is absolutely no warranty on the following:

  1. A) Any part used in any performance or racing applications
  2. B) Any product that has been physically altered or improperly installed/maintained
  3. C) Any product used in an improper application, abused, or not used in conjunction with the proper parts
  4. D) Any lifter that has scratches, scoring or discoloration. Any external scratches are caused from debris in the engine which also entered the lifter. It is impossible for TopLine Automotive Engineering to warranty any parts subject to debris and contamination.

There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. TopLine Automotive engineering, Inc. will not be responsible for incidental and consequential damages, property damage, or personal injury/damage to the extent permitted by law.
